Neil Gaiman, an astounding author, gives the commencement speech all should get when preparing to step out into the wild. One thing I was always up against in my ideas and plans was the fact that I believed there was a timeline of things that HAD to happen in order to succeed. In more recent years I've learned that this timeline doesn't exist anywhere but in my head. I've seen people turn the dreams and ideas into reality with so much less that I thought was necessary.
